HOODZ recently cleaned our exhaust hood and our grease trap (separate visits), and both were perfect. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did a very thorough job. I had a bad experience with them about 18 months ago, but to their credit, they turned things around and did great this time.
Maggie always cleans the area spotless and keeps it fully stocked and refresh. im always excited to walk in on thursday after she performs her cleaning to a fully stock,organized ,clean ,fresh , area thanks .
Considering the other complains about the employees hazardous driving nothing seems to have changed. I was on the freeway with a hoodz van trying to run me off the lanes while flashing me with their high beams to the point where I couldn’t see the other lanes. This is unacceptable your employee could’ve killed me and others.
Employees are unprofessional. Blasting music with the bass so loud it's rattling the garage door. While washing his personnel car, during work hours, in a commercial plaza. If that's how they act outside of their own business I can't imagine what they get up to when they think no one is watching on job sites.
HOODZ is currently (12:33 AM) stomping around with no notice on the roof of our apartment and banging their pulley rope equipment against our bedroom window for the last 30 min. Only God knows why they are performing maintenance at midnight but it’s been an extreme nuisance on a weeknight trying to sleep when you have to wake up for work at 6am…… please consider your service calls when working in resident shared complexes
