Had used once before and service was ok, so had decided to let them have another go. That time, the vents were left unclean plus the exhaust fan and other items were broken. After that, they tried to charge for a "full clean" of the 10 foot by 5 foot hood. Tried to handle the problems I had with the service by engaging the day of, but was blown off. We recently had our hood cleaned, Alex, Dylan and Jared did an amazing job. They were very thorough.
Huere and Chris J. are amazing. They are so nice to work with and do an amazing job. They listen and take care of all our needs. Thank you so much.
Two years ago they were good, no problems, on time and work done right. Now, they don't show and no call. Left me sitting, after hours, waiting. I was told they recently got new owners, this is a bad way to start things off.
