I just got my first box yesterday and we are in fresh veggie heaven. I've roasted parsnips, leeks, and carrots. I just finished my egg and mushroom scramble. Fantastic!

Just picked up my first box! Everything looks and smells fantastic and very fresh. From my box, I added chopped carrot, broccoli stem & leek to beef broth I'm simmering. The rest of the broccoli is going to be enjoyed with dinner tonight. I tried a few cherry tomatoes and they are super flavorful and sweet. I can't wait to fry up the eggs tomorrow for breakfast... all of them arrived perfectly in tact. It will be fun to come up with dishes for all of these beautiful ingredients. Thank you for this great service!
