Came and swapped meters ahead of time and damaged multiple of my electronics, including items I had on surge protectors. Utterly ridiculous. They often advertise on Facebook that they have fiber optic internet available, but I live less than 5miles from their main office, in a fairly dense neighborhood and they have no timeline for installation. You cannot play online games with any tier of their satellite, you will get still get disconnected because your ping will spike into the hundreds if not higher (most games insta-kick over 999ms).
