I had an initial appointment where she did a surprise biopsy and then I waited in pain for the results. I was never called about my official diagnosis. Jessica stated she called me on 1/19 to have a lengthy discussion, but she did not according to my phone logs and phone records from my phone company. Everytime I go here is a good experience, staff are friendly. However a majority of the time when I call staff don't answer. And when I leave a voicemail lately they haven't called back in a reasonable time sometimes they don't call back at all. How am I supposed to pay my bill? No I'm not going to set up an account for every place I go just so I can pay my bill online and prefer to talk to someone on the phone, or at least have a automated option to do do by phone. I went to Hood River Dermatology a couple of weeks ago for Botox with Victoria Hopkins, PA, and couldn’t be happier with the results! She listened to my previous experiences at other places, that I wasn’t super happy with and did exactly what I wanted. I’ve noticed at other facilities, they tend to go heavy in order to charge more.
