The staff were polite, had great communication and made the appointment worth while
My experience started out great, but slowly went downhill. The staff were super friendly and I was quickly diagnosed, but instead of exploring options for treatment I was put on an expensive biologic. Told my condition was a “special case” and insurance would likely approve it after an appeal. Insurance denied it completely and I wanted a less invasive treatment.
