The staff were polite, had great communication and made the appointment worth while
My experience started out great, but slowly went downhill. The staff were super friendly and I was quickly diagnosed, but instead of exploring options for treatment I was put on an expensive biologic. Told my condition was a “special case” and insurance would likely approve it after an appeal. Insurance denied it completely and I wanted a less invasive treatment. If you have melanin in your skin, then they will not help you. I saw Jessica Sanderson who barely helped me and was extremely dismissive. I had an initial appointment where she did a surprise biopsy and then I waited in pain for the results. I was never called about my official diagnosis. Jessica stated she called me on 1/19 to have a lengthy discussion, but she did not according to my phone logs and phone records from my phone company. The only call I had was 19 secs which is not enough time to talk about anything. I was al... read more

Everytime I go here is a good experience, staff are friendly. However a majority of the time when I call staff don't answer. And when I leave a voicemail lately they haven't called back in a reasonable time sometimes they don't call back at all. How am I supposed to pay my bill? No I'm not going to set up an account for every place I go just so I can pay my bill online and prefer to talk to someone on the phone, or at least have a automated option to do do by phone.
