Place isn’t bad overall for a college dorm was paying $1,250/month just to get a mediocre at best dorm that had really bad climate control problems is nothing short of insane
Making students pay 1000 for a shared room for 2 days. “Move out by may 2nd, but still pay 1000 a month in rent for the month of may” I would rate 0 stars if I could, this place sucks. Such a scam, this world is a worse place with this building. DONT STAY HERE.
My daughter lived here last year and again this year. It’s a beautiful place and the staff is wonderful although it is pricey considering the other options available. It is also a good walk to the food court in the winter , which is a deterrent .
