I made an appointment, but when I got there (around 9 a.m. on a weekday) there were only two other patients waiting to be seen. The waiting room was clean, and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. The medical assistant and provider were both friendly and professional. Paige, the med provider who treated me was very compassionate and seemed to genuinely want to help me. This place has definitely improved since it changed over from Fast Med.
Took my wife to HonorHealth Urgent Care in Tempe on Mill Rd on Aug 21st. Check-in was quick and painless. The office check in was friendly and helpful. We were seen by a nurse in less than 10 min and the staff PA within 15 min. The staff nurse and PA worked with my wife to ensure was complete and rushed. I will continue to use this urgent care for future needs
