We were here from out of town, and after calling 3 other urgent care cares for an X-ray, they got us in right away. We had a great experience with all of the personnel- they were all very kind and knowledgeable. I felt like we were in and out of there fairly quickly. I also appreciate that they had crutches and a boot there for us, so we don’t have to make a trip somewhere else. I was impressed!
I went to urgent care for a sinus infection. Antibiotics didn’t work and I asked for a different prescription to be called in. Urgent care won’t do that, they want me to come in and see another DO, just trying to get another co-pay and bill my insurance company. Very dissatisfied!
I was able to get an appointment for the Saturday clinic on very short notice. I felt listened to and respected by assistant and doctor. Came away with a plan of action that feels right.
Was able to get right in and found a wonderful doctor waiting, Emeka Ibeson, who prescribed just what I needed. It’s great to feel badly and get help very soon from such a competent and gracious person. Many thanks.
I just got a bill for 240 dollars to get a prescription renewal for a medication I have been on for 10 years. This was with insurance. If you can find a different place to attend to your medical needs do it.
