Spent a very long time waiting when only 2 patients were ahead of me.
Muy buena la atencion, comenzando por recepción y con la enferma y la Dra Que me atendio el dia de hoy me atendieron con mucha amabilidad y educacion y me ayudaron a aliviar mi dolor ese mismo momento espero que Dios siempre las bendiga y sigan trabajando y brindando ese servicio exelente y profesional.
Visited on September 10. Was given shoddy treatment by nasty medical assistant. She was condescending towards me because I spoke in heavy accent. Deliberately gave conflicting instructions in collecting samples for lab and deliberately wrote down wrong measurements of my weight. Thought that I do not know how to read the sliding scale. Told her about the errors but she said she does as she pleases. Error in weight info could lead to NP giving inaccurate dosage of medicine to patient. That medical assistant is the problem.
