The amount of pills you gave me plus the milligrams and the cc that I got of the Toradol did nothing. All of the pharmacies are closed early because of the Super Bowl so I got no medicine and because I’m 263 pounds and you only gave me 1 mL of Toradol I couldn’t sleep all night. My foot continued to go up and got worse. I had to go to another urgent care in the next day and got the proper medicine. They gave me 60 cc Toradol and gave me 50 mg of yin and a higher dosage of prednisone for fraction of the cost so not good. It w... read more

I went to this urgent care because I could not breath and the medical assistant told me I could not breath because I was “choosing not to”. Her recommendation to me was “to choose to breath”. I was also nauseous and when I told her this she said “ew don’t throw up on me.” I was delirious from lack of oxygen and could barely talk. The medical assistant also told me “I was fine and there was nothing wrong with me because I was choosing to hold my breath”. I stayed in observational unit 2-107 and was very well cared for. Shout out to my nurses Dawn, Sydney, Jon, Kyle, Grace, Courtney, Kai, Jane and others. My doctors were very helpful also; Dr. Wong, Dr. Hong Cui, and Dr. Psalter. There were other staff members that added to my experience and deserve recognition and since I was delirious when I was first taken in, I can’t remember or spell all their names correctly but nonetheless they’re care to me is still very much appreciated.
