The facility was clean and the staff were very nice. Got in and out in a timely manner. It was a great experience
We drove to the valley to go school shopping. While we were out, my daughter started complaining of her ear hurting. We saw this urgent care, pulled right in and were seen right away. In and out in 20 minutes. Antibiotics for ear infection, and we were able to finish shopping and have a great rest of our weekend. Paige was wonderful.
The staff are really nice and the two times I had to show up within three days for my wife and I were also not bad at all besides the one small issues I encountered. The doctor asked me what my symptoms were and I told her. She said that she thinks it’s viral and not bacterial. I said ok. I was already sick for about three days at that point, I was wondering why I wasn’t feeling better. Fast forward, the doctor prescribed cough medicine both nasal and pill form. So impressed with how quickly the administrative intake process was in terms of the paperless and walk thru by Sha’Ron. Edwin was helpful with the process of getting the testing required. And finally Breckyn was great in explaining the findings of the test results, possibilities of my symptoms and next steps. She also answered all my questions and gave me clarity. I had a great experience with HonorHealth Urgent Care Gilbert! I went on a Sunday morning and it was a very quick, in and out experience. The staff was very caring, personal, and on top of it.
