Efficient and professional. I felt that the staff cared about me and took the time to make sure I was comfortable
Front office staff is incredibly rude not compassionate. Has her music so loud she can’t hear what I’m responding to her and gives attitude the entire time
I had scheduled an appointment for 7 AM in the morning, I arrived at the clinic at 6:53 and proceeded to walk in to be told that they were not open till seven, I asked if I could just sit and wait until they were open and the woman at the front desk acted like it was going to be an inconvenience, I proceeded to just say that’s fine. I’ll just go outside and wait if you do not want people coming into your clinic when you are not open and don’t have the door unlocked to avoid this problem. Totally rude front desk staff.
