This place has one of the worst triage centers in the Phoenix area. Having chest pains along with a history of heart problems leaves one to wait over 3 hours to be seen. Do yourself a favor, go to another hospital. I wish that I did.
RecommendedWhen you spend an entire week with people in the face of terror, even strangers can become family. I will forever be grateful for the ER team and ICU staff who saved my mom’s life and kept her alive. I will never forget all of the wonderful nurses and doctors who we were so lucky to have ❤️
We have been in and out of hospitals for the last 3 months and this is by far the worst nursing care my husband has received. Walked in to find syringes, thermometers, and oral care products on the ground. My husband is full care and I have to beg for him to be cleaned after a BM, one nurse took 6 hours! We’ve been here a week and not one bed bath! Shame on your team!
RecommendedThe medical staff are great! Nurses Ken, Jeannine, and Shannon are amazing!! The environment is great and overall experience since my son was born here has been amazing. Anytime our family has an emergency this is where we go. Husband currently is in from a work accident and I wouldn't recommend any other hospital with such high regard. Doctors are top notch and thorough and caring. I give it 10 stars!!!
RecommendedI had a right total hip replacement yesterday. The doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, PT have all been amazing. I will be going home later today. It has been an awesome stay and I highly recommend this hospital. Thanks for everything HonorHealth.
