I want to thank Lisa the outpatient coordinator for all of her empathy and compassion understanding and compassion for me yesterday she was so helpful and did everything she could for my case. I was hot mess in pain and not well I really truly appreciate her!

I had a rotator cuff repair procedure done here and didn’t have such a pleasant experience. I have gone through this procedure before on my other shoulder so I knew more or less what to expect. First off let’s start with registration. You walk in and no one is up front to greet you but there is a sign in sheet so I did that. Veronica was very helpful and knew her job well.
