I changed to Honor Health from Banner Health, and I am very glad I have. The PA and the office workers take all the time which is needed to perform their task. I can call the office directly. With Banner, I was always rushed with the PA and orthopedist. I could not get responses back from the Banner medical assistant. When trying to get X-Rays, the Banner front office said I had to call this special number. The facility was nice and clean. They're nice and respectful. The doctor was nice as well.
The entire team did a great job of listening to my issues, asking clarifying questions and explaining the testing results and next steps options!
Dr Stevenson was amazing. Listened to all my concerns gave me the best options for my concern and handled what he could right away. Definitely recommend
