This is the strangest urgent care I have ever been to. The Dr couldn't even wait to get out of the room I was in. Never going back.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have never been treated so well. I came in with covid, and rather than treating me like I had the plague. They were kind, compassionate, and the provider was the best. Halen and the entire team were the epitome of what healthcare should look like. A+
Very kind and professional staff! My visit was efficient and so helpful!!
Very nice people but all they did was repeat an XRay I already had done so really no progress there except getting a referral. Plus they decided I needed lab tests and was told they don't have basic lab services, draw blood or even can order needed lab work so was strongly directed to go to the ER which really made the trip to urgent care a waste of time and money. Urgent cares are supposed to reduce the burden on ERs but without basic lab services how can they do that?
