Went in at about 4:30pm on weekday & was prepared to wait forever, but 10-15 later I was called. Hadn’t been there in 4-5 years, but they had all my info that just needed address change. EVERY staff member I engaged with was outstanding in friendliness and professionalism. They were exceptional. Came to the Urgent Care because I felt weak and shaky. Expecting to get labs or something besides a covid test or a blood sugar test because I don't have diabetes and nothing. I was referred to an endocrinologist and sent on my way. The endocrinologist doesn't take mu insurance btw. I suspect they were in a rush to close between 1130-1pm or they might have actually taken the time to do their jobs. Honorhealth is acting more and more like Banner. Its ridiculous.
