I had never been to an urgent care and I was very impressed with the professionalism. I registered waited a few minutes and then saw a Doctor. Visit took less than an hour and my prescription had already been sent to my pharmacy.
I visited the Fountain Hills Urgent Care for the first time. I quickly checked in and met the doctor within 10 minutes. A check of my vitals, listening to my symptoms, and course treatment was efficiently provided. The visit was great because I'm feeling much better! No long waits.
I was seen promptly for a semi urgent issue I was concerned All staff were very efficient, polite and thorough The provider (I am embarrassed I cannot recall her name) was very thorough and a professional! Very helpful and knowledgeable I cannot praise them enough Thank you!
