Had to get a procedure done and the ladies there were very nice about making sure I felt safe and didnt feel too embarrassed about it. Front desk didnt ask too many questions in front of people and politely checked me in so that i could get back ASAP. Overall wait time was around 15 min. which is so much better than waiting at E.R. or another clinic. The beginning of the procedure felt a little rushed but overall was a good experience.
Went in after I had deeply sliced my finger and it would not stop bleeding for 5 hours… What a GREAT Urgent Care experience!! All together with check-in, wait, vitals, medical history, addressing my laceration and more was under 1 hour! 🤯🤗 Sarah (PA) and Tina (NP) were so friendly, professional, thorough and expedient in my care that I just had to write a review as soon as I left. Do not hesitate to use this facility; top-notch peeps, clean and plenty of parking.

I brought my 9 year old to urgent care today because he had an ear ache. I did save a spot through MyChart and we were in and out in 30 mins. The MAs, Mary and Tiffany, were wonderful with my kids and Dr. Rago was so nice. He listened and never made is feel rushed. We were so happy with everything from the save a spot to checkout and everything in between.
Easy, efficient and excellent! Here on vacation, so time was of the essence. Intake clerk was great, and Dr assessed correctly. Got started on an antibiotic and started feeling better in 12 hr. I didn’t realize how poorly I felt. Thank you honor health-urgent care
