I am posting this review for experience and concerns regarding the accuracy and transparency of my medical records. My appointment with Dr. Joshua Pittman was at 8:00 AM on August 19, 2026. When the appointment began, I felt the reason for my visit was being stated for me before I had an opportunity to fully explain why I was there.
