Dismissive, Unprofessional, and Lacked Basic Empathy I am deeply disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—provided by Jennifer Winthers. From the moment she entered the room, it was clear she was uninterested in a collaborative or patient-centered approach. Dr. Pittman is great and very responsive. He’ll tell you his honest medical opinion without judgement. Front office staff are always very nice. Beautiful location too. Easy parking. Dr. Pitmann has s my new primary care doctor and I plan to stay with them for a while.
Dr. Joshua Pittman was such a pleasure to meet. I was able to let him know of my concerns, he was able to advise me on what to do and he got straight to the point which I really liked. Dr wastes no time and was very professional!
Check in was a standard experience, although I had a little trouble with the devise I used to fill out the forms and the receptionist was helpful. The nurse was really nice, but the PCP was exceptional. So good that at the end of my appt I asked if he would become my primary care person. He was warm, asked great questions and really was a good listener.
