Dr. Patterson is attentive, listens and is approachable. I immediately felt comfortable and cared for. Front staff ladies are very nice as well.

Online check in made the in person check in only take a couple of minutes. I was taken back early which hasn't happened before. The MA took all the normal stuff and it was about 23 minutes between the time I was taken back and the Dr arrived. Since I was taken back 5 min early I guess you can remove 5 min from the 23 min wait, so not horrible. Dr was good and discussed what I needed to talk about.
