I see Dr Al-lani and he’s so amazing! I adore him, also all the phlebotomists are so kind and understand that I get a bit anxious when getting blood drawn and have to lie down
Tried to call them to make an appointment for the annual checkups and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes but nobody picked up the phone so I went to their website and clicked request an appointment option on the website hopefully they can let me schedule online. Nope! All it does is emailed me back from an automated email and suggested me to call the main line number to schedule an appointment. Fine, I’ll call again. Still being put on hold for a long time (40 minutes) until I can’t wait any longer and hung up.
