A lot of availability, quick check in and was seen fast. Kind staff who were thoughtful and understanding.
The receptionist was not welcoming. I believe her name was Katherine. She rolled her eyes 3 times when I was explaining to her I needed a questionnaire form filled out and also a drug screen. I also mentioned to her I called the day before to check if they were able to complete it and if I needed an appointment. I was informed on the call it could be completed as a walk in and she appeared very flustered. The tech and MD were nice and very professional. I had a bit of trouble setting an appointment online because my phone just wasn't working properly, so I called them and they got me in at the time I requested. I think I waited for about 5 minutes before they seen me. The lady I seen was efficient and very helpful. The entire office was professional and very nice. Best urgent care I have received. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will use anytime we have a need for urgent care.
Great experience. Did not wait long, doctor came in quickly. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend.
