I’ve been to the Eliot location 3 times. They are always very friendly. The waiting room is always clean and I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes at the most. The staff is awesome. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Since I have no insurance this is one of my few options for medical care. I feel the nurse practitioner was just too rushed which is probably not personally her fault as much as it is the business model and the medical community's reliance upon big pharma and insurance companies for guidance. There is much much more to be said about the U.S. medical industry of which I am not a fab.
I walked in and was welcomed by the front desk host. I was treated with respect, updated my information then waited a short time. The nurse who conducted the lab was kind and qiick.
