This honor health location was so amazing helping me and my son. The whole staff was really really helpful and listened to our concerns. And even followed up after the appointment to make sure everything was going OK.

The staff at Urgent Care on west Bell Road were efficient and kind. I had a UTI and immediately was prescribed an antibiotic. Then I received an unsolicited phone call from the NP who did an extra culture and determined that my ecoli would respond better to another antibiotic. If that extra step wasn’t performed I would have had further complications. Kudos for going above and beyond!
Great experience under a difficult situation.
