Paul stole my money too for a 2 year renewal. He did not get approval after months and months after I paid. I am now unable to get my meda. I smell a class action lawsuit. It's time for this guy to close his doors. I see he is taking lots of people's money and not processing the renewals. He has given me every excuse in the book. Who's up for a class action lawsuit and complaints to business licensing ?

Wish I checked reviews before applying for my renewal. Appears they aren't currently "authorized..." This information may be important for all HWC patients. Stopped payment and reissued new Bank Card. Banks may have limits on days for refunds. Exhausting your limit playing phone/text tag benefits you-know-who. Change Password on Registry login - renewals have accounts created by HWC. You may have an account and only Paul knows the password. So I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been having problems. I got my 329 card with Michael A Pasquale and Paul Klink. My initial experience was great. But I went to renew my card and paid them over $300 and still have not received my card. Nor have I received a refund after multiple requests for it. I have tried to get updates and it has just been crickets. I'm a disabled Marine Corps veteran and I rely on this for pain management from injuries I sustained in service. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Paid over $350 for a 2 year renewal with my credit card over 3 months ago. They never submitted my renewal and now my medical card is expired, and I have no way to obtain my medicine. I've been calling and messaging to get help and nobody will return my calls or mesages. It appears I've been stolen from! Find someplace else to go to for your 329 card!
