Doctor Ha and his staff are simply the best in professional customer service. Visiting the dentist has always scared me, but my experience with Shawn, Jan, and everyone at Honolulu Smile Design treated me as if I was their main focus every time I visited.
I have been a patient of Dr. John HA for couple years now, and undergoing dental treatment in the pass has always been a unpleasant experience for me. Dr John Ha and his team were amazing. I’m from California and had a dental emergency in Waikiki. I contacted his office and they made time to see me. I only spent an hour and a half there and they did amazing. Allowed me to continue with my vacation with some peace of mind. Thank you so much.
Honolulu Smile Design is awesome! Dr. Ha and his team are professional, friendly and so organized. I've been to a handful of dentists (inHin and California) and Honolulu Smile Design has made me feel the most comfortable (and who can say that about a dentist?!).
