Doctor Ha and his staff are simply the best in professional customer service. Visiting the dentist has always scared me, but my experience with Shawn, Jan, and everyone at Honolulu Smile Design treated me as if I was their main focus every time I visited.

I have been a patient of Dr. John HA for couple years now, and undergoing dental treatment in the pass has always been a unpleasant experience for me. This is mainly because I have often found myself on the receiving end of doctors' conversations, where they would inform me that I need surgery to fix my teeth, but in a way that made me feel belittled and ashamed. Honolulu Smile Design is awesome! Dr. Ha and his team are professional, friendly and so organized. I've been to a handful of dentists (inHin and California) and Honolulu Smile Design has made me feel the most comfortable (and who can say that about a dentist?!). I found Dr. Ha through online reviews. There are many other dentists with good reviews but a lot of feed back about Dr. Ha was that he really gives attention and time for each patient. I found this to be absolutely the truth. From the very first visit, he gave me detailed consultation and answered all of my questions with sincerity.
