The facility looks professional, but that is where it ends. Your package is never just the package. There will be upgrades, so expect them. I spent a couple thousand on ipl and chemical peels. My face is no better now. They say they want comments along the way- but fair warning-- they do not. If you say you are concerned it isn't working they will tell you not to return. Honolulu Med Spa: THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY ANY WAY THEY CAN!!!! So I went in originally for laser hair removal, 10 treatments later i'm still full of hair down there. During my visits I inquired about a facial, my skins not perfect. My ultimate goal was to clear up some of the scaring from my face and stop having to wear makeup as much. BUYER BEWARE - I haven't felt this scammed in a very long time. They were unbelievably difficult, rude and unprofessional. Even if they offered me free services now, I wouldn't go there. If you want to feel pampered and important as a customer, this is not the place to go.
Ex: Houston's Best Mexican Food – The stuff is nice because they want your Money. The receptionist is not friendly at all. They should get rid of that Sista. Aloha!!
Great Place – I had a pixel done a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. Honolulu Med Spa Staff is very professional and friendly. I had a lot of questions about the treatment, technician explain everything very clearly. Next day after the treatment she called me to assure that everything is OK with me. I love the place and I will recommend to all my friends. Also if I bring more people I will receive $60 for referral, I think that is very nice plus.
People who know what they're talking about – I called practically every other medi spa on the island and Honolulu MedSpa was the only place who didn't hesitate when I asked them questions about treatments or prices. They knew everything off hand and were very friendly over the phone. The other places couldn't answer the simplest questions and always put me on hold before they could give me an answer. Love it here! – I have had Oxygen facials at this spa and love my results! Everytime I go the staff is really nice. I have told all my friends to go there. Will definately go back!!!!!
AWFUL, AWFUL PLACE!!!!!! – Went in for pixel treatment for large pores and ended up with LARGER PORES AND BURNS ON MY CHEEKS! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
Don't go to Honolulu Med Spa – I went to honolulu med spa for pixel treatments starting in jan of 2009. At first i was really happy with the staff and a few weeks later my results from treatment. I met with the doctor for like 2 mins and he asked me if was military, i said yes. He said great , we offer many dicounts for you we just need a copy of your military id card.
