I had such a great experience at the Honolulu Jewelry Co. inside the Hale Koa Hotel store. I was greeted by sales associate Marilyn right away and she was super nice from the start. I had gone to check out the jewelry a couple times & since I already own several Hawaiian style pieces I was looking for a new one. I placed my order with Marilyn and receive my shipment about four weeks later to the mainland. I ordered a beautiful 5 plumeria ring from Costco. The design is exquisite, but the weight of the gold is significantly thinner than the sample ring in the store. Still beautiful and I love it, but very disappointed in the light weight. The gold at the bottom of the ring is not quite paper thin. No doubt, will need to be careful not to bang the bottom shank that appears fragile. I am reluctant to wear this ring every day.
