Just bought a beautiful gold, diamond plumeria bracelet from the showroom today. Janelle assisted me and she was wonderful! I got it adjusted on the spot. Purchased an item online from Maine and was able to communicate via phone and email to pick it up in person. I had two pleasant women assist me with picking it up and making sure it was satisfactory. Needed to return a week later for a larger chain but was unable to find one of the same make/style and that’s ok but the effort to help was very appreciated. Staff (Mikayla and a name I can’t remember) were thoughtful and of great help. Would return any day.
