Went to check out a used vehicle, and was greeted by Seth (Great Salesperson). Seth was very friendly and not pushing the sale throughout the test drive. After the test drive and running some numbers, decided to purchase the vehicle. Also, mahalo to Victor (Finance) for the smooth transaction. Would recommend purchasing a vehicle from here!
Make sure you use Seth Mckinney! Just had the smoothest experience ever. Was looking all over honolulu for a Lightning. But from the minute we walked in until we left. He made deal a good experience. He explained the fine details of the truck. He made the negotiation smooth. And we got a really good deal on a great truck. Make sure you use Seth!
AVOID at all costs!! I rarely leave reviews but feel I need to warn people. Bought a brand truck. Have had issues within the first week. Been down there 5 times because nobody calls back. Left messages both in finance and service. Terrible communication between salesperson (SW) after sale. Seems to never be working and everybody keeps directing me to contact my salesman . Going to have to take my truck in for a 5th time because service technicians keep getting it wrong. So much wasted time! Would love for a manager to reach ... read more
