This place is all about money, went in to get my truck looked at since the transmission was acting up. They said it would take 12k and 2 months to fix. We desperately needed a car sooner so they showed us some vehicles, we went with a Bronco that ended up having some issues itself. They took off 12k from our trade in due the repairs, which kind of makes sense. AVOID! Extremely aggressive and dishonest sales tactics. I asked to view one type of car and--because they didn't have it in stock--the salesman put on a high-pressure pitch on why what I wanted was not a good choice and tried to pressure me into buying another car. I felt manipulated; it felt very scammy. They ran my credit and when I asked them to close my file and delete my personal information, they said they CAN'T because they keep all of this information on file. Don't go here if you can avoid. 0/5.

Spoke with a female over the phone regarding availability for a recall part (You could tell by her tone she didn't want to amswer the phone). Was told they do not order the parts until they see the vehicle. So you have to schedule two appointments just get one service done even if your vehicle is exhibiting signs of having the recall. Asked for a price for an oil change to which she stated it depends on the make and model of the vehicle. Ok, no sweat!
