Everyone was friendly but the time it took to finish a 90,000 miles service was too long. My appointment was at 7:30 a.m. My service was not completed to til 3:20 p.m.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Go to Windward Ford or Cutter Ford. We bought a truck from here two months ago and explained we are moving off island in the summer and they promised the world and didn’t deliver. We are still waiting for our title and registration. I called my salesman multiple times and they never returned my call. I was the one calling for my plates, title and registration. Long story short we had to change our plans because of them and it cost us more money. They didn’t offer to make it right, they didn’t apologize.... read more
Our salesman today PK deserved more than just a 5 star rating I have purchased a vehicle from the same dealership and did not get anything close to the wonderful service my husband and I got from him today. It was HOT out but he made our experience today such a wonderful one definitely will recommend friends and family to visit with him he surely made us feel very welcomed. 🤗🥳
