The service here is very amazing. If I were to rate this, I would put 10 star because the sales representative, PK Looper Nguyen, is the best among the rest. He is a very comfortable person to be with. Very much friendly and treats me like a family, such an amazing person. I really love the customer service from the sales representative, PK Looper Nguyen. He was very helpful and was very guaranteed that we took a car home. Highly recommend to come down to dealership at Ford and get helped by the one and only, Uncle PK. Me and my mom first came down to Ford catching uber, then we left home with a car. Very disappointed with my nephews experience. He was sold a vehicle with an engine warning light and was promised it would be fixed. Instead, he was told to wait for the warranty to kick in, even though the issue existed when hr bought the car. Poor communication and poor customer service. We expected better.
