We had such a wonderful experience with our florist for our wedding! They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire planning process. With the storm affecting flower supplies, they went above and beyond to help us find other vendors who could provide the lilies we wanted for our wedding. I called this shop for two days - no answer. Tried to order online and was going to be charged $138 for delivery on a $99 lai to be delivered from Honolulu to Waipahu. I called and left a message, still trying place the order and to clear up delivery fee. That was two days ago and no returned call. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since several friends recommended. Unfortunately I wasted 5 days and need to find a professional florist. Very disappointing.
Had a great experience, it was very easy to order and pick up. I ordered online at 1000 for a 4pm pickup and then contacted them to confirm, they confirmed the timing and the lei was ready when I arrived to the Waikiki stand. It definitely made our event special, thank you!

We had an really great experience with Honolulu Flower Lady! I'm on Maui and wanted to send flowers to a friend in the hospital on Oahu and Ella helped me out. She was so kind and reassured me the delivery would make it fresh and same day. They sent a photo of the bouquet and included a hand written note. I had called a few other places that felt very corporate but Honolulu Flower Lady felt like talking to real people who cared. 10/10 would recommend
