They promise you what you want to hear Just so they can lure you at their location, then will deviate from what you agreed on over the phone and make some excuses. No wonder why there was no one coming in to buy from them when I got there. This business will prpbably not last long due to the way they waste people's precious time and gas money. Mind you we had a medical stuff happening when they told me to come in to buy my truck. I'll give them negative stars if I could.
Worst customer service, We purchased our 2026 Cadillac lyric over 2 months ago. Yesterday 29 July, We called to ask about our tag and was informed that it was mailed 2 July, it’s 30 July and we have yet to receive it. We called the dealership and spoke to a sales representative and was informed the tag was lost and it wasn’t their responsibility to track it. Sold me a car. Scratches all over it, they wouldn’t dare lower the price. They said they would detail it. Never did. Didn’t even touch the inside. And on top of that, the tags expired after 30 days. The DMV had it for almost a month and they were too lazy to go get them. Leading me to not having a car for weeks. Horrible on their end. I told them I needed it for my job.
