CJ Lambat and Alex has been very helpful through out the process.
Honestly terrible. I made my appointment which they told me itd be done in an hour or 2 just cuz it was programming. I get things happen & the storm was crazy. But a heads up wouldve been nice. On top of that, they couldn’t program it, which again i understand. But they also couldn’t even tell me why. THEN i still had to pay about $300. For the techs time? It was like 30 minutes of their time. Not very pleased & a bit disappointed because i was referred to this location.
Don't buy here don't waste your time buy from another Cadillac dealer Over priced non negotiable on prices Customer service is crap they never call back this dealership and the workers are backwards they don't want to work hard for get the sale they like easy customers so they can sucker them into add ons and crap they don't need
They refuse to give part numbers
Sarah Pratt has been flawless taking care of my truck for the last couple years. Before Sarah, service was about a 1 out of 10. My last couple of services with Sarah were 10-10. Thank for for everything you do from scheduling, rescheduling, getting me and out ahead of time and making sure everything was done that I asked for. GMC is lucky to have you and I look forward to our next appt.
