We ordered platter for lunch plus extra couple sides and desserts portions were perfect size, food was really good! Really good cobblers. We had forgotten about this place, we will def order from here more often!
It's very rare I take the time to write a review, mainly because it's very rare that I walk out of a restaurant saying "Wow, that was phenomenal." Well, tonight that happened, so I felt compelled. Here's what we had: smoked chicken, pulled pork, brisket, corn fritters, mac and cheese, jalapeno baked beans and banana pudding. Every.single.thing was amazing. Fabulous staff, delicious brisket, best collard hubby had in years, went back for seconds. Bought brisket and sausage to take home and put in freezer. Will definitely be back!!!

This place is one of those “hidden gems” of Winston Salem! My wife and I went in on Friday and were absolutely amazed by how good the food was. I highly recommend this place!
I think what separates them from the crowd is their personal pride in the product they produce. When they ask “how is everything” - you can see how invested they are in your answer. I have never had a bad meal here. And if over do- I have no doubt they will make it right.
