I grew up on smoked brisket in Kansas City. Love it, but it's hard to cook. Too little, it's tough, too much, it's dry. The brisket at Honky Tonk is the best. Fork tender and melt-in-your mouth moist. And, they have burnt ends! If you don't know what that means, you don't eat barbecue enough. Great meat, great sides. My new favorite BBQ!
