VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called and book an appointment got there 5 mins early and they said they couldn’t find my appointment. After 15 mins of me waiting I asked her how long was the wait , she then proceeded to say that they weren’t able to take me today . My whole thing is why would you have me sit down and not just tell me you couldn’t do my eyebrows
