I didn't visit this hospital often, but I made sure to stop by at least once a year. However, at some point, as the number of elderly patients increased and the hospital became busier, the attitude of one receptionist in particular, Sunny, changed drastically. She became extremely irritable and, despite my request for a brief call with Dr. Kim, she absolutely refused to connect me. I am trying to get a hold of Dr. Kim to assist my elderly parents who are his patients but his receptionist "Angie" acts like she knows about Medicare and just hangs up on me. I actually talked to Medicare and her information is incorrect but she does not want to hear actual truth even when I told her where the factual information is.

It is true that Dr Kim is kind and knowledgeable and I have been coming to see him for many years. Only and the biggest problem is the receptionist Ms Sunny. For many years I have never seen her taking appointments properly or being kind or even eye contact to greet. How could she be that unkind and unprofessional? As a patient, it is the most unpleasant experience facing such staff. Hope Ms Sunny to be more kind and patient please….

BEWARE: This doctor has been my grandfathers doctor for over 5+ years. Recently at the beginning of December he has switched over half of his medications. My grandfather is 91, healthy, self sufficient (meaning can self clean, use the restroom, eat, etc) He recently had to be hospitalized on Christmas Day and I’ve been trying to reach him ever since.
