The best Chinese food ever. A staple of Illinois. Wish they were back in Chicago too!
The food is excellent, plentiful, and fairly priced. The menu is huge, including a full bar with a wide variety of drinks. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. Hong Min was recommended to me by a friend, and I, in turn, have recommended it to everyone I know who enjoys Chinese food in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. It's a hidden gem in the southwest suburbs.
