This place is a complete joke and doesn't even deserve a 1 for a star.I went in for a 45 minute massage and for 15 minutes of it the lady had her ear buds on and was on the phone. I asked for a Swedish massage and asked they DID NOT DO A DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE!!!! She hardly used her hands while giving the massage but instead used her arm and elbow. Scheduled a 1 hour massage at 7:30 pm she started late than finished at 8:22, I also paid with a $100 bill before the massage and was told I would receive my change after, well after she finished my massage early after having started late as well I asked for my changed when leaving and was asked “no tip” ? I said “you started late and ended early” and mind you I was very polite and was told “not nice do not come back” ! Very unprofessional place do not waste your money!!

I DO NOT recommend this place! I’ve been to the one in Knoxville & Their customer service skills have extremely declined since new management. When you first walk in the door they make you pay “prepay”!for your service AND if you don’t leave a tip they will NOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR SERVICES. It seems like they run this manipulation system and prey on the older crowds. How do you turn a customer away because they don’t want to tip but only to pay for the services they had done?
