One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the Twin Cities! The food always exceeds my expectations. Keep up the good work Hong Kong Noodles.
There was an employee standing out by the parking lot who was calling tow trucks on anyone who parked in the restaurant's spots and went into Cane's. We were in Cane's for less than 10 minutes and had to pay $108 for the tow truck to drop my car. Extremely rude and a total scam. I would never go to a place that does something so shady.

I would eat their King Pow every day. Also: anything they do with Mala Mala peppercorns might as well be magic. 12/10.
this restaurant is too bad, the service there is poor
