My mom and I had an *incredible* experience with Tia at Honeycomb! My mom lives out of town and was unhappy with her recent cut and color (elsewhere). Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Tia and Honeycomb Salon Collective. Tia was amazing - she squeezed my mom in - on a FRIDAY! - and helped her identify exactly what was undesirable about her hair, how to fix it and why it would be better. It was my first time here, Called for an appointment they didn’t ask for my contact information made an appointment for me and then didn’t book the appointment for me. Hung up the phone on me and was overall very condescending and disrespectful . Will never come back here again
