Disappointed. Encountered an emergency the day of my appointment and instead of refunding me the “automatic charge” for cancelling an appointment, I am now out 43 total dollars after the cancellation fee and the Groupon I purchased and I never even received a service. I called to explain the situation but it was not resolved. Even if the charge was “automatic”, a refund is still possible. Also, texting as a means of client communication is very unprofessional, especially when grammar and spelling go unchecked.
My nails look great now :D! I enjoyed my stay there. really relaxing and had a nice conversation.
My nail has been giving me problems and since l started coming here. My nails are much stronger.
