I purchased flowers through them on 2/13. My card was charged once on 2/13 and then they charged me again on 2/14. I have sent them 3 emails, on different days, no response. I have called numerous times (10+) but no one answers. I am now disputing charges through my bank and will spread this story as much as I can so that no one else gets ripped off. This place is a scam, just like thier other shops they open and close after they have scammed enough people! They are rude ignorent people. Thier flowers ( and I use that term loosley) suck! This florist is a scam! We ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day. I gave instructions where to leave the arrangement. I received confirmation that it had been delivered. It was never delivered. They called and left a message for my mom to call and schedule delivery for after Mother's Day??? We tried repeatedly to call this business and no one ever answers the phone. Absolutely the VERY BEST florist in Monroe County. I had just lost my best friend to cancer and needed funeral flowers. I called Honeybee Florist and told the designer about his love for animals and wanted an arrangement to represent his love. I could not have been more elated when the flowers arrived at the church. Thank you and we will be ordering from you again soon. I just hope it will be under better circumstances.
