The place is clean; however, the level of disrespect is totally unacceptable. LGBTQ Clients BEWARE! I will never set foot in this nail salon again! They totally violated me. Very unprofessional, and to the woman who took over for Nina.....Understand me, Bitch! I don't have to do nails and wash feet for a living. I have a real job! Consider yourself very lucky....Very!
Worst customer service. I will never come back here again. I had an appointment at 4:30, they never took me. I left at 5:45 and worst thing was that they took the 5:00 appointments as I sat there before them.i will NEVER come here again. Worst customer service and double bookings. Don't take appointments if you can't honor them.
