I am absolutely appalled by how the receptionist on the phone treated me. It felt dehumanizing at a time I was seeking help from a nearby walk in clinic to get my lungs looks at. I was put on a 10 minute hold the first time, then eventually I called back, put on hold 3 more times, and when I finally was able to speak to someone, I expressed I had been experiencing something on the lines of a respiratory virus or bronchitis I suspect and haven't had that since Covid, so I continued to ask and was hung up on, then repeatedly p... read more

Dr. Kaliye Mohamud is officially my new family doctor, and I can confidently say he is the absolute best! He is incredibly caring and truly takes the time to listen to his patients.
