Can't book an appoinment on online. Always says "Unable to book appoinment" and this is annoying.
Dr K is absolutely fantastic! His bedside manners are great! He listens, shows empathy, knowlegde and professionalism. It's very hard to find a doctor that accepts patient's suggestions and is quick to help, and he is just that. I first saw him as a walk in patient but know he became my trusted family doctor. Staff is also great. They are efficient and friendly. They are advocating for my case - which is serious and require fast intervention - with our unfortunately slow referral system. Two thumbs up!
This was the best walk in experience I have ever had. The receptionist was so kind and calm and the doctor was very warm. Very quick and efficient experience.
No parking, so if you're late due to traffic/lack of parking spaces expect the doctor to not only decide to go take his break 5 mins past your appt time; and that if you push for them to honour your appointment time, expect the Dr. to dismiss the reasons you made the appointment - which were viewable by the staff and could have been addressed prior to all of this - expect to be condescended to and told to book in AGAIN two days later or "try another practice if you don't like it".
