As a new mom, I was so thankful to find community, support and knowledge within a newborn group at Honey. I looked forward to attending every week with my daughter and found so much comfort in connecting with others who were in the same season as me. I cannot recommend their newborn groups to moms in the Metro Detroit area enough.
I attended the "Care Necessities- Infant CPR/First-Adi/AED Class" taught by Kylie in February 2025. The class was fantastic! Kylie had a very thorough presentation and the class allowed for hands on practice as well. While I hope I never have to use the skills Kylie taught us, I feel way more confident and prepared if I ever need to. I would highly recommend taking this class if you have own little one or are a caregiver.
$130 no show fee, which is INSANE. Your therapist will not call you if they are waiting virtually for you and you don't get a phone call to remind you of your appointment. They will email you two days before your visit, that's it. They don't have many appointments after working hours, which is SUPERRR inconvenient. The staff does not answer their phones, they only communicate via email. I have 150+ emails per day, how they expect to keep clients who have a full time job is INSANE. I've been in therapy at Honey since May/June after having our 4th and sadly, last living baby. I quickly realized I was not okay and needed help or I don't know how much longer I would be around. That's where Honey saved my life. My therapist, Autumn is a true gem of a human and I look forward to our appointments every Monday. I’ve hesitated writing this review for 6 years, it’s a small business and it was hard for me to swallow that people can be such frauds.I started at Honey after I was recommended by a coworker for the 0-4 month and I loved the women in the class and Julie the leader. I remember Brooke coming in to speak and being sold on her care for others and explaining this story about a mom that developed Post Partum Depression and she ended up driving her an hour away to this fabulous treatment location.
