The walls between the floors are so thin I can hear everything and I mean everything!!!!
After first year rent went up to $700 per month. Definitely not worth that. Mediocre apartments.
Do Not Live Here My roommates and I just recently finished out our lease here. We have had numerous problems with the management numerous times. Every time we needed to speak with the manager he was never in and he took forever to return a phone call, which doesn't make any sense since he lives above the model apartment. Worst Experience Ever My husband and I (along with our newborn daughter) lived in these apartments approximately 3 years ago. I wish that we never moved in. The nightmare began with mold in our master bath that office management did not want to address. Only after persistently calling them every day did the problem get fixed. We had two tenants living above us that refused to take out their trash. Their idea of taking the trash out consisted of placing the bags and boxes onto the balcony. Wonderful place to live. We lived in these apartments when they were first built in 2002 for two years. These apartments are very spacious. The two bedroom comes standard with 2 bathrooms. In the master suite you have a walk through closet into the master bathroom. For the space and quality your getting the price is great. They even offer full size washer & dryer hookups in all units.
