We saw the bees in our soffit and called HBR for a bee rescue. Tristan, who is also a bee keeper, removed the bees and their honeycomb and took them home. He also taught us a lot about bees. He saved the queen, larvae, and most of the bees.

HBR was excellent. They removed the honey bees to relocate them elsewhere and carefully repaired the opening they had to make in the bricks. Throughout the whole process communication was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, courteous and effective. Tristan kept us informed during the whole process and he did a great job in not only the removal - which was quite difficult due to the location of the hive - but also in the clean-up.

Had Blake come out to do an inspection and it was such an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable, very honest and even went as far as to say that we don’t want to charge you and have you pay for things that you won’t necessarily need. We ended up with no bees and just probably a stray one and he walked around the entire perimeter and checked everything. It cost us nothing and there was no obligation. Really good customer service. Highly recommend them.
