Awful customer service. Contacted them to change it to pick up. They did not want to help. They asked me to go online to change it. Went online, and online agent in the chat told me to call the store location. Contacted the store location, same employee said that she can't do anything and I would have to speak with a manager. This company is worse place to deal with. Treat people like trash. Think they are the king of this world. Worse store. Food taste comes from the heart and this place is not the place to eat from. They have no heart.
Visited this place a couple days before Easter and they were trying to force me to buy a family meal when all I wanted was a ham. Then when I asked why they told me that’s there policy. Been buying ham for my family events for years and never had a problem or have been forced to buy a family meal. When asked to talk to a manager the sales representative comes back out and says ok we can sell you a ham but you have to buy this $90 dollar ham excuse me complete joke . I received a coupon via email. I went in to the store to redeem it, and they told me that I could not make the purchase that I had to order it online first. They were very rude and told me to read the fine print first, and that they never do same-day orders. Well I did read the fine print and it said nothing about having to pre-order. These individuals were very rude and I will never return to this location ever again!
Working as an employee was fast paced and fun, everyone is nice 🧑and polite. To be honest with you all ...I didn't think🤓 I could work like that being a 🧓Senior citizen. And I lost weight working for honey baked ham.
