Those of you in search of a contractor, please read this review very carefully. We are all being lied to by contractors working in our area, as well as our very own adjusters. Approached by multiple contractors over the last few weeks. All claiming i had to pay a deductible when filing my claim. Dennis and his crew are top notch. I had several issues with flat roof leaks, "dead valley" design issues and in general a damaged roof from weather. Out of three bids, Dennis was the only one that addressed our issues, provided recommendations and corrective action.
