This day and age, it is increasingly difficult to find companies who are as straightforward and upfront as HonestRoof.com. I think the most important aspect of customer service is to properly manage a customer's expectations. To me, an educated customer is a happy customer. Dennis and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! This was the first time I needed to replace a roof and Dennis happily answered all my questions. He kept me updated throughout the day and sent us pictures of the completed roof. On top of that, we had someone come out to do some work and he needed to get on our roof. He commented that whoever did our roof did an amazing job! He has never seen any roofer do such an excellent job with the flashing around the chimney. I like their hard work. From photo estimate to invoice with photo, even I received photos via text about how the work is going on. The ridge vent and solar fan looks so cool. More importantly, their work is really fast and neat. Dennis is really taking care of me step by step and just made it easy to deal with. For sure I will recommend honestroof to all of my friends especially who is the first time home owner, because their service is worry-free.

Contacted Honest Roof after I had received quotes from two other companies. One company wanted the insurance quote and another was about $3500 more than the Honest Roof quote. Honest Roof had a detailed quote with a 10 year warranty. Used only quality products and also helped us vent or roof and attic much better which we have noticed the entire home is cooler now that the attic ventilation is now improved. Our home is about 2500 square foot and they completed the roof in about 8 hours including the tear off. Excellent work!... read more

I think I am quite happy with the quality of service that Dennis has provided me, despite the fact that I had not many choices for shingle colors. What I like about Dennis is that he is straightforward and would always give you his opinion without the fear of losing business. I am doing another property through honest roofing.
