Kris is an awesome inspector to work with. He is thorough and explains everything he sees and marks very clearly. He is also very gracious in sharing knowledge about home repair and inspections that I am a more learned person about houses than I was a few months ago. Got an inspection next day for cheaper than the competition! Kris was super thorough, and explained everything he saw and was looking for. Also went above and beyond in explaining how to fix things and even gave rough cost estimates for a few repairs. Kris also appoogised for being "late" when it was still 5mins before the appointment started. Highly recommend his services and deffinatly will return to him in the future.

My wife and I had Kris come out and inspect a house we are looking to purchase and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and open about everything. He gave recommendations for professionals to help with the things he didn't specialize in (the house we were looking at had some foundational issues) and help give incite on what to keep an eye out for with the rest of his test. I will recommend Kris to everyone because I think his services are genuine and amazing! Keep up the amazing work!

Kris is the best choice for a home inspection! He is very thorough, friendly and truly an expert in the field. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He did not rush the process and made sure we felt comfortable and confident through the whole experience.
