My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Honest Eye Doctor! Dr. Snega Kalaparambath was absolutely amazing - so kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions, which made us feel very comfortable and confident in the care we received. Our appointment was for a 6 year old. They were very kind and kid friendly his very first eye Dr appointment. Very thorough and explained everything to our understanding. We highly recommend Honest eye Dr. He will be going back for his appointments here. He loved them. Thank you all so very much for your service.
Dr. K was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. The staff was kind, professional, and made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend this office.
Doctor was polite and down to earth articulated the eye exam outcome very clearly. The red head lady has great customer service. She did very well explaining and checking the paper work for completion. She also did a great transition from English to Spanish depending on the patient.
From beginning to end, flawless. Office staff is super, got me in same day and figured out insurance. The staff is friendly and respectful! I ended up seeing Dr SK, she was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and figured out a problem with my eye that was plaguing me for a month…walked out a happy customer! This was as easy as it comes!
